Once you are signed up, if you drop out you, must pay in full.
If there are any extracurricular activities that may interfere with you attending camp, make the decision now of which matters to you most.
Once you sign and submit this form, you are entering a covenant agreement with Smithville FBC to attend Fuge camp. You are agreeing to make sure your spot is paid for by either personal payments, sponsorships, or working fundraisers.
The only excusable reason to not attend camp is an emergency with your health, a family member's health, or other obstacles out of your control.
With a parent/guardian signature below, you agree to the terms above and willingly enter a covenant agreement with Smithville FBC.
