Women

D-Groups are designed for 3-5 women to gather and help each other grow in their faith. The group chooses a daily quiet time to read and study on their own and gets together on a weekly basis to discuss the scripture of the week. This is a perfect opportunity for women to come together, build accountability, pray, and study the word.  If you are interested, contact Sandy Harney by filling out the form below.

Every year our women go to the Women of Joy Conference in Pigeon Forge, TN. This year the conference is October 7-9. The conference is jammed pack with wonderful speakers, worship leaders, and more. The entire weekend is a great time to grow closer to God and the women at SmithvilleFBC.  If you are interested in going to this year's conference, please see Shelby Reeder. 

The Women's Bible Study is led by Karen Goyette and runs during the school year calendar. The group chooses a new study every semester. The Bible Study meets in the Activities Building on Tuesdays at 9am. Come join this wonderful group of ladies as they study, fellowship, and grow together. Women on Mission is an organization of Woman’s Missionary Union

Women on Mission is a missions discipleship group designed to equip adult women to become active disciples of Christ as they live on mission for Him.

FBC has two WOM groups that meet monthly September-May. During the summer months WOM travel to ministry locations such as the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Homes providing gifts/supplies which can help their ministries.

Day Group meets at 1:00 on the 2nd Tuesday in the Activities Building
Night Group meets at 6:00 on the 2nd Thursday in the Activities Building
